1. What is your Return, Refund and Exchange Policy?
We do not provide refunds once the order is submitted. You may request for an exchange of a product if you received a damaged or defective as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. The same applies if you received an incorrect product different from the one you had ordered.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not exchange products that are:

  • Obtained from a source other than http://accessories.motorolasolutions.com.hk
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.

Eligibility of Exchange
  • Exchange process must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt.
  • Items should be un-used and should be in its original packaging.
  • Motorola Solutions reserves the right to reject any returns without specific reasons.

Exchange Procedure
You may call the distributor directly who delivered the product. Kindly contact the number that is displayed on the sticker label on the packaging.
2. Do I need to register to purchase something from accessories.motorolasolutions.com.hk?
Registration is not required. You can always place an order as a guest. Nonetheless, if you plan to make regular purchases through our site - we highly recommend that you register. This will save you time when you make future purchases.
3. What sort of accessories can I find on this site?
We only offer Motorola radio accessories for Mototrbo radios. These include MagOne and IMPRES batteries, chargers and carry solutions.
4. How will I know which accessory to buy that is compatible with my radio?
Under each accessory you will see the list of compatible radios. That will help you identify the right accessory for your radio. In addition, you can also type the accessory name or model number in the search box.
5. Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone at this moment.
6. How can I check the status of my order?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the details of your order and approximate shipment date. If you have any questions regarding you order you may email apmcc.enquiry@motorolasolutions.com or you can call 800-903-237.
7. Can I change my order?
Once your order has been placed, it starts going through our ordering process immediately. While you can't change an order that has already been submitted, you can exchange the product you had received by contacting the distributor directly who delivered your product. The number is displayed on the packaging.
8. Can I cancel my order if you have not shipped it yet?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order even if it has not been shipped yet.
9. What are the payment methods available?
The following payment options are available both credit and debit Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Union Pay. We also accept bank account and net banking (PPS).
10. What if I forgot my account password?
Proceed to the Login page and click on Forgot your password. You will receive an email with the steps to reset your password.
11. What are my shipping charges?
During our limited time promotion, you will enjoy free shipping on all orders, regardless of your order value.
12. Do you ship outside Hong Kong and Macau?
Unfortunately, we are not delivering goods out of Hong Kong and Macau at the moment and will only ship within Hong Kong and Macau.
13. Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?
Yes. You can indicate a different shipping address during checkout.
14. Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to do so as your order is passed on to our warehouse for processing immediately after you check out.
15. What if the product that I want to buy is "Out of stock"?
Please check back frequently as we are constantly updating our site with new products and replenishments or you may email apmcc.enquiry@motorolasolutions.com indicating your specific request.
16. Why will there be changes to my cart if I do not check out immediately?
Changes to your order may occur over time in two ways:
Price changes - we update product prices regularly to ensure that customers get the best prices

Stock changes - if you keep an item in your cart but do not check out immediately, we will hold the stock for you for a limited time before removing it. This is done to ensure that your cart remains fresh and updated.

18. Do you have a limit to the amount I can order?
